Also an experienced engagement specialist, mediator, facilitator and ADR practitioner, Kim is able to design and deliver in difficult and challenging stakeholder situations. He is experienced in company to community engagement and in strategic negotiation and agreement making. Kim has devised strategies and mediated conflicts across a variety of sectors, such as mining, oil and gas and infrastructure.

Kim’s interdisciplinary approach to advising is driven by his multifaceted professional background. He has served as a key advisor to the Government, a number of Australian companies and public bodies such as the Human Rights Commission, the National Native Title Tribunal, Seven Network, Ten Network and George Patterson’s. He was a Member of the Broadcasting Tribunal and the ACCC and other Statutory bodies. He is an experienced decision maker.

Kim has extensive global experience and expertise in operating in cross-cultural contexts. For the last 15 years, Kim has worked on numerous high profile projects across Australia and Papua New Guinea.

Recently, Kim has extended his focus to Latin America. He has worked on projects in Colombia and has travelled to Chile several times since 2015. In December 2016, he was an invited panel member of the 2 and Australia-Chile Economic Leadership Forum in Melbourne.
