He is a Lawyer from the Catholic University of Chile and a Master in Law from the University of Hamburg. He has extensive experience in legal fields, sustainability, strategic communication and mediation.
As founding partner and president of Dinámica Plataforma, Mauro leads our corporate strategies. He also teaches the Business and Sustainable Development course in the Master of Law at the Catholic University of Chile and is an independent director of the open public company Engie Energía Chile S.A.
Previously he was Executive Director of Televisión Nacional de Chile, Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Communications of BHP Billiton, Base Metals division, President of the National Alta Ley Mining Program, Vice President of Corporate and External Affairs of Minera Escondida, and the first General Manager of the Chilean Mining Council. He also worked as a lawyer in Germany for Schoen, Nolte, Finkelnburg & Clemm and in Chile for CSAV and Larraín y Asociados.

He is a Sociologist from the Diego Portales University and founding partner of Dinámica Plataforma. He has experience in applied research, sustainability, evaluation of public policies and innovation strategies in productive sectors.
As founder and executive director of Dinámica Plataforma, he defines the directions of the company's work, and participates in the projects of greatest strategic importance.
Previously he was Director of Studies and Foresight at Fundación Chile, he was in charge of the general edition of the book “From copper to innovation: Technological Roadmap of Chilean mining 2015-2035”; and he is the author, together with Joaquín Cordua, of the book “Fundación Chile en el Tiempo: Historia, Trayectoria y Impacto”. He has worked in public and private institutions, such as the Ministry of Education, Diego Portales University and Telefónica Chile, and was a professor at the Universidad Mayor and director of Fundación Tribu.
Consulting Manager
He is a Sociologist from the Diego Portales University and holds a Master's degree in Environmental Regulation and Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
His work at Dinámica has focused on the design and implementation of territorial sustainability strategies, social and environmental enablement of highly complex investment projects, and public-private alliances for strategic coexistence between productive sectors and territories.
He has worked in consulting and public institutions. He has also published documents about the environmental, social, and productive challenges for mining development in the Central Zone, and the development of complex territories with the presence of high-impact local industries.

He is a Mining Engineer from the University of Chile, and has an MBA from the Industry department of the same university.
At Dinámica Plataforma he is in charge of generating new cases and business lines.
He has extensive experience in operations, mining safety, sustainability and environmental procedures, innovation associated with tailings management and relations with authorities and communities. He held senior positions at BHP Billiton and Antofagasta Minerals.
Communications and Public Affairs Manager
She is a journalist from the University of Temuco, with a diploma in communication strategy and social communication from the University of Chile and is pursuing a master's degree in strategic direction of communications from the Adolfo Ibáñez University. She recently served as Director of Communications for the Presidency of the Republic.
As Communications and Public Affairs Manager for Dinámica Plataforma, Tatiana directs the positioning and development of strategic messages for both clients and the Consulting Firm.
Tatiana has more than 20 years of experience in communications and public affairs. She has extensive experience as a communications manager and has advised various authorities and politicians, as well as large companies on press management, internal and external communications strategies, public affairs, crisis management and event production. She also led the communications teams for the Ministries of Finance and Education.
Design and Content Manager
She has a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences and Humanities, is a Designer from the Diego Portales University and has a Master's degree in Branding and Brand Communication from the Universitat Central de Catalunya.
At Dinámica Plataforma she leads the Design and Content area, and has also been in charge of the articulation and support of corporate culture processes.
She has worked for more than 10 years as Creative Director in various design offices, where she has developed graphic design, strategy and communications projects for cultural centers, universities, NGOs, companies and government. She won the Identidad Consorcio Award and also the 2007 Chile Design Award for Best Visual Identity Project.

He is an architect from the Catholic University of Chile, with a Master's degree from the same university, and also a MSc from the London School of Economics. He was project director at Elemental and design architect on projects at Arup Urban Design and Gustafson Porter Landscape Architects, both in the United Kingdom.

He is co-founder and president of the board of directors of the Fundación Ciudad Emergente. He led the creation of the social innovation area of Arauco. He was also executive director of the AcercaRedes Foundation, and also of the Foundation for Sustainable Development of Frutillar, Plades.

She also has experience in social performance and territorial and environmental management instruments in mining.
She was Planning Secretary of the Municipality of Quinta Normal and has worked in both the public and private sectors, addressing territorial and environmental problems through strategic planning projects, design of management instruments, monitoring and follow-up.

At Dinámica she works in the socio-environmental area, specifically in the territorial authorization of investment projects in the mining and energy fields, providing strategic support in the environmental evaluation and processing of projects before the SEIA and development of PACA/PAC processes.
She was a consultant and coordinator of environmental procedure projects for Cuatro Vientos Consultores, where she led the collection of primary information for preparing human environment baselines and anthropological studies. She was also a cartographic specialist at the National Institute of Statistics and the Centre for Applied Ecology, and a research assistant in the Geography department of the University of Chile, on topics related to disaster risk reduction.
Socio-Territorial Specialist
She is a sociologist from the Catholic University of Chile, with approximately 9 years of experience in mining, the financial and forestry sectors.
At Dinámica Plataforma she participates in the design of territorial strategies for social relations and creation of social value.
Previously, she was an evaluation analyst for social projects at CMPC, and led the development and implementation of a new framework for community relations and social investment.

He is a Sociologist from the Catholic University of Chile. He was founder and partner of the applied social research consultancy Postdata, and researcher at the Observatory of Consumption, Culture and Society (OCCS) of the Faculty of Communications of the Catholic University of Chile.
At Dinámica Plataforma he has led the collection of primary information from surveys and interviews with communities and key actors for the development of projects. He s experience in monitoring the public agenda, political and social reading of the environment and analysis of community networks. He is a Philosopher from the University of Chile, graduated with the thesis project «What is nothingness? Analysis from a Heideggerian perspective».

She is a Geographer from the Catholic University of Chile, with a diploma in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and also in Integrated Urban Planning and Management.
At Dinámica Plataforma she has participated in various projects in the area of territory and communities, as a person in charge of the generation of cartography, socio-territorial analysis, gathering information on the ground for the construction of databases, and creation and management of web viewers.
She has worked as a GIS Analyst, coordinating the collection of information for the Mobile LIDAR project for the company ESVAL, and as a Territorial Advisor in the Planning and Development Directorate of Carabineros de Chile. She is currently a professor of the diploma programs at the UC Geography Institute.
Geographical Models Specialist
He is a Geographer from the Catholic University of Chile, with a diploma in Territorial Intelligence from the Adolfo Ibáñez University. He has experience in research, teaching and consulting in various areas of geography and territorial planning.
At Dinámica Plataforma, as a member of the Geographic Models team, he is in charge of the analysis, synthesis and visualization of geographic data for projects.
He was a researcher at the UC Public Policy Center, where he participated in key projects related to social integration, urban planning and territorial development. Valentina was a research assistant in the Fondecyt “Rural Citizenship” project, focusing on issues such as water, energy and food. In addition, he collaborated in consultancies for the Mirador Interactive Museum, CEPAL and the Subdirectorate of Heritage of the Municipality of Santiago.

He is a sociologist and data scientist with a double master's degree in Sociology from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and in Data Analytics from the National College of Ireland.

He has extensive experience in consulting in applied social research, quantitative data analysis, and data engineering. As a computational social science professional, he focuses on the intersection between technology, data, and society. He uses programming and data infrastructure, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to improve evidence-based decision making in public and private organizations.

He holds a Master's degree in Science with a major in Computer Science, and a degree in Civil Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Chile.

He worked at SoloTodo as a full stack software developer and web scraping techniques developer. He conducted his postgraduate thesis research on hand gesture analysis in Virtual Reality, and his results were published at the UCAmI 2022 computer science conference. In addition, he participated in projects on image colorization using machine learning algorithms, and optimization of voltage fault detection software for ALMA radio telescopes.

He is a journalist with a degree in Educational Communication Strategies from the Catholic University, as well as a master's degree in Integrated Communication from the University of Development.

He has 14 years of experience in the public and private sectors. He has served as Deputy Director of Communications of the Presidency of the Republic, as well as press chief and advisor to other public offices such as the State Defense Council, the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, Junaeb and Sernac. He is a Sociologist from the Catholic University of Chile. He was founder and partner of the applied social research consultancy Postdata, and researcher at the Observatory of Consumption, Culture and Society (OCCS) of the Faculty of Communications of the Catholic University of Chile.
At Dinámica Plataforma he has led the collection of primary information from surveys and interviews with communities and key actors for the development of projects. He s experience in monitoring the public agenda, political and social reading of the environment and analysis of community networks. At Dinámica Plataforma she has participated in various projects in the area of territory and communities, as a person in charge of the generation of cartography, socio-territorial analysis, gathering information on the ground for the construction of databases, and creation and management of web viewers.
She has worked as a GIS Analyst, coordinating the collection of information for the Mobile LIDAR project for the company ESVAL, and as a Territorial Advisor in the Planning and Development Directorate of Carabineros de Chile. She is currently a professor of the diploma programs at the UC Geography Institute.

He is a Geographer from the Catholic University of Chile, with a diploma in Territorial Intelligence from the Adolfo Ibáñez University. He has experience in research, teaching and consulting in various areas of geography and territorial planning.
At Dinámica Plataforma, as a member of the Geographic Models team, he is in charge of the analysis, synthesis and visualization of geographic data for projects.
He was a researcher at the UC Public Policy Center, where he participated in key projects related to social integration, urban planning and territorial development. In addition, he has collaborated with institutions such as the Chilean Foundation for Logistics Efficiency (Conecta Logística), Aguas Andinas, CIGIDEN and SERNAGEOMIN, among others.
Valentina Valenzuela

She is a Geographer and has a Master's degree in Geography from the University of Chile. As a Socio-Territorial Analyst, she contributes to the development of geographical and territorial studies and analysis methodologies, and also to the generation of products such as cartographies, dashboards and web viewers.
Valentina was a research assistant in the Fondecyt “Rural Citizenship” project, focusing on issues such as water, energy and food. In addition, he collaborated in consultancies for the Mirador Interactive Museum, CEPAL and the Subdirectorate of Heritage of the Municipality of Santiago.
Juan Pablo Palma

He is a sociologist and data scientist with a double master's degree in Sociology from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and in Data Analytics from the National College of Ireland.
At Dinámica Plataforma, he is in charge of developing software solutions for process improvement and information management. In addition, he leads the development of new products and the identification of business opportunities based on computational sciences.
He has extensive experience in consulting in applied social research, quantitative data analysis, and data engineering. As a computational social science professional, he focuses on the intersection between technology, data, and society. He uses programming and data infrastructure, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to improve evidence-based decision making in public and private organizations.
Maximiliano Edwards

He holds a Master's degree in Science with a major in Computer Science, and a degree in Civil Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Chile.
At Dinámica Plataforma he is in charge of programming and developing analysis software.
He worked at SoloTodo as a full stack software developer and web scraping techniques developer. He conducted his postgraduate thesis research on hand gesture analysis in Virtual Reality, and his results were published at the UCAmI 2022 computer science conference. In addition, he participated in projects on image colorization using machine learning algorithms, and optimization of voltage fault detection software for ALMA radio telescopes.
José David Berríos

He is a journalist with a degree in Educational Communication Strategies from the Catholic University, as well as a master's degree in Integrated Communication from the University of Development.
At Dinámica Plataforma he is responsible for building and implementing communication strategies, design and execution of media plans, media training workshops and situation analysis.
He has 14 years of experience in the public and private sectors. He has served as Deputy Director of Communications of the Presidency of the Republic, as well as press chief and advisor to other public offices such as the State Defense Council, the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, Junaeb and Sernac. He has also advised companies such as Uber, FEMSA/Socofar, Mastercard, Kinross and Barrick.
